冷庫制冷設備的耗電量計算!

按電(dian)(dian)量(liang)表計算(suan)(suan);未單獨(du)安裝(zhuang)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)表時,可按下列公(gong)式估算(suan)(suan):耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)=1.73*平均電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)*平均功率因(yin)數*開(kai)機(ji)小(xiao)時/1000(kW·h)為了簡化計算(suan)(suan),壓(ya)縮機(ji)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)可用下列公(gong)式計算(suan)(suan): 壓(ya)縮機(ji)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)=壓(ya)縮機(ji)分配(pei)(pei)積數*功率分配(pei)(pei)系數(kW·h).制冷設備壓(ya)縮機(ji)分配(pei)(pei)積數=壓(ya)縮機(ji)平均耗(hao)(hao)用電(dian)(dian)量(liang)*開(kai)機(ji)小(xiao)(A·h) 功率分配(pei)(pei)系數=壓(ya)縮機(ji)總(zong)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)/各壓(ya)縮機(ji)分配(pei)(pei)積數合(he)計數(kW/A)。

  冷庫制冷設(she)備生產(chan)冷量必須耗電,電力是(shi)冷庫成本(ben)的(de)(de)主要部分(fen)。節約用(yong)電。既降低了生產(chan)成本(ben),有提(ti)高(gao)了經(jing)(jing)濟效益,對改(gai)善經(jing)(jing)濟管理,提(ti)高(gao)冷藏(zang)企(qi)業的(de)(de)管理水(shui)平(ping)有很重要的(de)(de)意義。

  單位產(chan)品耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)是(shi)將(jiang)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)庫內制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)庫風(feng)(feng)機(ji)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)分(fen)配(pei)于各(ge)種冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)品和冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)藏(zang)品中(zhong)(zhong),其中(zhong)(zhong).制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)設(she)備(bei)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)包括(kuo)壓(ya)縮機(ji)和其他(ta)(ta)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(如(ru)氨泵. 水泵用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)等),凍(dong)結(jie)間(jian)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)品負擔,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻物(wu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)藏(zang)間(jian)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)產(chan)品負擔。雅俗家耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)按單位冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)量(liang)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)計算,其他(ta)(ta)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)也可按冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)間(jian)耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)比列進行分(fen)配(pei)。

  制(zhi)冷設(she)備(bei)運行時間的計(ji)算

  為使(shi)(shi)室溫維持或降級到(dao)一(yi)定的溫度,制冷(leng)設(she)(she)備(bei)必(bi)須運(yun)行(xing)(xing)的時(shi)間稱(cheng)為運(yun)行(xing)(xing)時(shi)間。用(yong)于計算的時(shi)間為24h,設(she)(she)備(bei)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)以每小時(shi)的Btu(Btu是(shi)能量(liang)(liang)的單(dan)(dan)位名稱(cheng):1英熱(re)單(dan)(dan)位=1Btu=0.252千卡=1054.85焦(jiao)耳)標定,因此,24h乘以Btu/h就得到(dao)制冷(leng)設(she)(she)備(bei)的一(yi)般容(rong)量(liang)(liang)。(但大(da)部分設(she)(she)備(bei)基(ji)本上(shang)根本不(bu)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)24h,融霜相對也需(xu)消耗一(yi)些時(shi)間和能源,但是(shi)相對較(jiao)少,所以要(yao)(yao)將24h內總的負荷(he)(he)除以需(xu)要(yao)(yao)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)時(shi)間)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)下列公式能較(jiao)快(kuai)地確定制冷(leng)設(she)(she)備(bei)容(rong)量(liang)(liang):需(xu)要(yao)(yao)的設(she)(she)備(bei)容(rong)量(liang)(liang):Btu/h=在24h總的冷(leng)負荷(he)(he)/需(xu)要(yao)(yao)的運(yun)行(xing)(xing)時(shi)間

  壓縮(suo)機(ji)耗電量的計算

  壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)單獨(du)安裝(zhuang)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)表時,按電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)表計(ji)算;未單獨(du)安裝(zhuang)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)表時,可按下列公式估算:耗(hao)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)=1.73*平(ping)均電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)*平(ping)均功(gong)率(lv)因數*開機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)小時/1000(kW·h)為了簡化計(ji)算,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)耗(hao)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)可用下列公式計(ji)算: 壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)耗(hao)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)=壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)分(fen)配(pei)積(ji)數*功(gong)率(lv)分(fen)配(pei)系數(kW·h).制冷(leng)設(she)備(bei)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)分(fen)配(pei)積(ji)數=壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)平(ping)均耗(hao)用電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)*開機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)小(A·h) 功(gong)率(lv)分(fen)配(pei)系數=壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)總(zong)耗(hao)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)/各壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)分(fen)配(pei)積(ji)數合(he)計(ji)數(kW/A)。
